White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
SO simple and SO good. I made these with rum instead of brandy (because it's what I had on hand, and I like rum), and these cookies are delicious!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Delicious and super easy! All you do is dump everything in the crockpot and you have a tasty, hearty soup at the end of the day. I substituted a can of chicken broth for the beer because I'm not a beer drinker and I only used half an onion because that seemed like plenty for me. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. You can taste some spiciness but not too much at all. The soup is great with sour cream and cheese, but the soup has a really great flavor on it's own. Very satisfying.

Peppermint Bark
I LOVE peppermint bark and this was a great hit with everyone around the holidays! It's so pretty but so easy to make. I liked one of the other reviewer's tips to sift out the smaller pieces of peppermint candy and use this for the layer in between and reserve the larger pieces for the top. I think I will be making this every year for the holidays! And maybe in between the holidays too. :)
