Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
Great flavor! My second fish recipe and it was very successful! I agree with others, it would be best to let the salmon marinate overnight (I let it marinate about 5 hours). If you don't like spicy, I would definitely recommend reducing the crushed red pepper. A few bites had quite the kick but I enjoyed it! Also I baked the salmon for about 20 minutes, 400 degrees and it turned out great! Thanks!!

Carrot Cake VIII
This was fantastic!! My family loved this! I left out the coconut because I wasn't sure about coconut in my carrot cake, and also my mom isn't a big fan of coconut. The cake was moist and the icing was great-different than the norm, a nice change! I also baked this in a 13x9 pyrex. Baking time was approximately 50 minutes. It came out perfect!! Definitely recommend this!

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia
This was my first time cooking fish, so I thought I'd stick pretty close to the recipe, but I used fresh oregano instead of basil because I had it on hand. I would definitely play around with different seasonings. I agree with others that this is a good starter recipe. I will definitely try this again though!
