Double Tomato Bruschetta
I made this for a friends suprise 40th birthday party. Incredible!! Everyone wanted the recipe. I cut cost a little by using a bag of dried sun-dried tomatoes and rehydrated them according to package instructions. Definate do-over.

Cherry Pie III
This is the best cherry pie filling recipe I haav found!! The almond extract gives it that extra kick. I was not thrilled with the pie crust, but I have made the pie filling several times, my husband can't get enough. I like to make with fresh tart cherries when they are in season and freeze to enjoy later.

Fajita Marinade I
I made this for my son's 16th birthday party and used for steak quesadillas and chicken fajitas. Both were very good but the quesadillas were the first to go, the kid's loved them!! I took the advise of others and substituted worcestershire sauce for the soy sauce. Thank's for a great marinade!
