Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
not as rich and sweet as i was expecting. for the topping i whipped heavy whipping cream with cinnamon in it and it think that was the sweetest part. there was also WAY more of the pumpkin layer than would fit in the crust.

Mustard Vinaigrette
yum! we used it on a simple spring salad with craisins and pecans. i used apple cider vinegar since it's supposed to be healthier and a spicy mustard so i didn't use hot sauce.
