Taste is amazing, my husband loves this! I had to make more the same day. On first try top came out very toasted and crunchy. I filled up the pan all the way because I thought it wouldn't grow, but it did and overflowed quite a bit. Didn't change the consistency or taste. Still amazing! Thanks!

If it did not come out right, you didn't do it right. Don't blame the recipe. I have made HUNDREDS of muffins before and I always use 1 cup of buttermilk, a little bit more sugar, tad bit more blueberries, and butter instead of oil. Makes the batter yummy without even baking it. With the mixing; I mix until the batter is smooth and creamy. I don't think little mixing makes that much of a difference. Either way, this recipe has just the right measurements.
