Chocolate Cherry Cake I
i made this with a butter recipe golden box mix, and added 1/4 of coco powder to make it chocolate. i also made a chocolate glaze mix with sweet condensed milk, a stick of butter, a bag of choc. morsels, and two shots of cherry flavored alcohol. it was delicious!

Creamy Kielbasa and Potato Soup
everyone in the house raved about this soup. i substituted light turkey kielbasa, and used half a can of creamed corn along with the rest of the ingredients. all in all, it came out very well and there wasn't a drop left in the pot.

Best Tuna Casserole
excellent meal, and the 4 year old who hates tuna even ate it.
