Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup
You have to add milk last... never boil any cream in a soup like this. That is why it has curdled on some people. After everything has cooked down...onions, spinach, spices then add milk and stir in off heat. Not sure how it keeps in fridge for a month with the milk as an ingredient.

Sausage Egg Casserole
Great Recipe! I have made it more than 10 times now. Always play around with the veggies I put in....spinach, mushrooms, peppers, etc. I usually make them in muffin tins so they are easy to reheat in the morning before work.

Savory Kale, Cannellini Bean, and Potato Soup
Had guests over tonite and they left with the recipe. I added crushed red pepper flakes b/c I didn't have the chile and they sd it was just the right amount of spice. Only had 2 potatoes and doubled the broth amount.
