I enjoy tasting new foods. Our family seperated from the military after 6 years and we traveled to different countries. I enjoyed Korean food and Italian food most of all. Now I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and I'm experimenting how to sneak healthy food in their meals that they might enjoy. I'm succesful most of the time.
My favorite things to cook
I grew up eating Puerto Rican foods, so now I cook from rice and beans to different kinds of pasta,salads and pizza that I enjoyed in Italy. I don't know how to cook Korean food, but I intend to find out.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking al fogon (outside on Wood) in Christmas on the warm Island of Puerto Rico.
My cooking triumphs
Pizza from scratch. Turned out delicious.
Ciabatta bread.
Curry Chicken

Brown Rice in slow cooker. Turned out mushy. Guacamole doesn't go well with olives.
