I love trying new recipes and putting my own touch on them. i usually just cook for my husband, daughter (22) and myself but it most always turns out to be 10 Adults and 3 teenagers.

Taco Casserole
Very good 5 stars all the way!! My family demands this often. I did a couple changes not much but i use 2 packages of taco seasoning mix and of couse i dont measure 8oz of the noodles just eyeball it and i added a chopped green pepper from the garden, my self i add extra chips before its finished cooking with a little extra cheese just enough to melt it, I like the crunch... and there is never any left overs my husband always makes a second helping. Thanks Debi for a one dish meal that is so tasty!!!!

Vanilla Glaze
I made this on put it on Zucchini bread,and it def needed tablespoons of milk instead of teaspoons. It was so good, the cake with the icing didnt even last 2 hours in my house,,
