Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Made as-is and it was delicious! My sister and mother (how should I say...?) have a more conservative taste palette than I do and, although they liked the recipe, they didn't love it enough to ask for the recipe. If you have people like that in your family, maybe just stick to the traditional cheese sauce!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

Meatballs taste really great, but they are extremely sweet, so only make them if you like sweet dishes. I also thought that using a whole onion would be too much, but it added a great flavour.

Flavorful Flounder

My family and extended family was skeptical of this recipe I made for a gathering at Easter, but everyone ended up loving it! It was different than anything we've eaten before, but packed with flavour. There were no leftovers.

Tortellini Minestrone

This recipe always turns out fantastic. My only tip would be to make it a day before. Letting the flavors blend overnight in the fridge makes it much more flavorful. (We also omit the green peppers because we don't care for the taste.)

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Jeremy's Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwich

We loved this recipe. We wanted to use some leftover roast beef and this recipe was perfect and really quick. We didn't have a baguette so we used tortilla wraps, which turned out amazing. We all agreed that the mixture might be too bland to serve a baguette so I would suggest trying it on tortilla wraps.
