Slow Cooker Homemade Beans

As long as you follow the advice below so that the beans are fully cooked...or do the recipe exactly, but refrigerate and eat a few days later, this a definite 5-star!

This is so easy but SO good! I first tried it with basil from my spice rack because I did not have fresh basil but had all other ingredients. I then tried it again with fresh basil and there is no comparison. Fresh basil is a must!

Gingerbread Waffles

Wonderful recipe for something different than your traditional breakfast! I listened to a few of the reviews and used slightly less molasses so it was not too overwhelming. Topped it with powdered sugar as others suggested as well.
