Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
This was wonderful!! I made it for a side dish at my Dad's birthday bbq and it was the talk of the party! Everyone loved it and was asking for the recipe. I adjusted the herbs and garlic, added much more than called for, and added about a cup of the white wine, 2 cans of garlic and olive oil tomoatoes, and a pound of frozen shrimp. The feta that I used was sundried tomato and basil feta. The dish was to die for! Thanks for such a great recipe :)

Marshmallow Treats
These have always been my favorite cookie. I add 2 tablespoons of milk and a splash of vanilla once the marshmallows begin to melt. Yum!

Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup
I thought this was very tasty. I added some turnip, and only blended 3/4 of it. I've made it several times now and love it!
