Baked Dijon Salmon
This was a little too overpowering for the Salmon. I made it exactly as written, sans pecans. I did half of my salmon I had with this recipe and the other half I used a lemon/dill marinade from A-1, which we all felt was a better compliment for the fish. I will not be making this recipe again.

Asparagus Avocado Medley
This is SO GOOD! It complimented perfectly the Salmon Patties that I made. This is a keeper! Next time, I might try adding some type of feta or goat cheese to the mix. WONDERFUL!

Taco Seasoning I
Followed all ingredients, except added Cayenne Pepper instead of red pepper flakes. I would not add as much Cayenne as what is called for Red Pepper flakes next time, as it was just tad bit too hot! But oh so yummy! I prefer this well over the taco packets, now!
