Portobello Mushroom Lentil Soup
Very easy and very good. I substituted half the chicken broth for beef broth to give it a more hearty flavor.

Pakistani Lentil Curry
I also reduced the liquid to 2 cups, then added some leftover pork roast. It turned out very good!
