Baked Potato Soup
Excellent base recipe. I've tried so many potato soup recipes trying to find the one that meets my (admittedly exacting) standards. I think this is the one I will work with from now on! Next time I think I'll replace half the chicken broth with dairy in order to add to the creaminess, and perhaps make a roux to thicken it more to my liking. Very easy to make in a crock-pot too!
