Cheesy Apple and Oat Meatloaf
Great Meatloaf, used ground venison from a white tail, and some left over ground pork trimmings, 3/4C of diced apple and an extra sharp cheddar. Plenty moist yet did not crumble too bad.

Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Very good. The limeade concentrate makes a nice contrast. Much better than my old tequila and strawberry mix version. I used fresh strawberries - YUM!

Turkey Pizza
We actually used turkey leftovers instead of the sausage. We liked it really well the first time. The second time we added some bacon and pineapple, and it was even better. Definitely going to be a favorite in our kitchen!
