I've cooking for almost 15 years but I do not consider myself a good cook. Istill have a lot to learn. My favorite thing to cook is "caldo de res" a mexican beef stew. My one and only cooking triumph is a sour cream cheesecake that my family loves.... To many to mention!!!!
