I added to much water to my rice and it came out lookin like mushy mashed potatoes. Not yummy at all!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This was wonderfull! I loved the flavors together. I did add 2 more packages of cream cheese and a 15oz can of pumkin the second time I made it. The first time it was very small for a cheese cake.I like it big so I just doubled it. Allways a hit at thanksgiving! Thank you for this Wonderfull recipe :)

Pollo (Chicken) Fricassee from Puerto Rico
Wow !!! So yummy! The chicken fell off the bone and was mouth watering good! Very easy to make too! I used sofrito like some others had suggested and added chicken stock to cover. Next time I will add carrots and some beans.Thanks for the great recipe !!!!
