I was always in charge of the Sunday Dessert at home growing up. I got an associates degree in Culinary Arts, which was a glorified cooking course for 2 years. I loved it, but went on to the management end of hospitality. I now have a family of my own and love to cook but find it hard to spend a lot of time in the kitchen having small children around. I love desserts. I enjoy making my own breads. I also like to do things that take a lot of prep time, but time constraints don't allow for that very often. I know it sounds silly, but I like the stuff that takes a lot of time.
