I am a recent college grad, living on my own for a year before I move back in with the parentals in this noble pursuit I hear of called Grad School. I want to be a librarian one of these days, preferably in Special Collections, Reference or Youth Services. I live on a pretty tight food budget. I used to go out to eat all the time, but I'm more of a homebody these days. I cook with beans, vegetables and lentils very frequently because I used to be a vegetarian and I'm a little more comfortable and creative with them. My favorite dishes to cook: Chana Masala, a spicy tomato and chickpea Indian dish; Chicken Pot Pies; Vegetable Soup; Thai Chicken and casseroles of any kind!
