Pesto Sauce
I know it's not 100% authentic with walnuts, but this tasted very yummy!!! (And so quick.)

Chocolate Ganache
Okay, RUN, do not walk towards this recipe! I put a crumb coat of buttercream on first, and put the cake in the fridge - and I let the ganache cool to about 84 degrees. Perfect. My first time, too. Thanks a ton!

Pfeffernusse Cookies
These are SO yummy! The only problem I had was that the dough was very, very crumbly. I'll try and back off on the flour a bit next time, but this is a definite repeat!
