I am a SAHM to 2 girls married to a great man! We're active in church and are making lemoore our home. I love to bake.. but i enjoy making more traditional mexican foods.. the ones that have 100 processes and steps but look simple to make! We do a lot of mexican in our home.. i make tamales and now i am greatful for my grandmother who would make a few hundred on her own! now i know what work it takes! Who ever knew bluebrries would be awesome in oatmeal cookies? and that pan dulce could be so easy! when i first was learning to cook i couldn't even get my mexican rice to cook evenly..
