Easy Peach Cobbler II

This is an excellent recipe just a bit too sweet. Will cut down on the sugar next time, but otherwise delicious and sooo simple.

My Special Shrimp Scampi Florentine

Thank you for the amazing recipe. Tried it last night and we loved it. Used a whole bag of baby spinach, the entire jar of Classico basil pesto and 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp then tossed with 1 lb. farfalle pasta. Delicious! Next time will add extra tomatoes too.

Italian Cookies I

Great cookies - kids love them. Added 1/2 teaspoon almond extract to cookies otherwise followed recipe to he letter. Thanks for great recipe.
