Bacon Roasted Chicken
Juicy and delicious - the bacon is pretty awesome too! I also stuff apples, onions, and carrot in the body cavity.

Squash and Coconut Milk Stew
Used sweet potatoes as a squash substitute and we loved it!!! We didn't use tofu - just shrimp

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
Delicious! Used butter instead of shortening - didn't have a sifter, and still came out fantastic - stayed soft and chewy!
