Love to have FUN, a good day is baking, snuggling with my husband, and watching the Eagles or Phillies CAKE, cookies (I AM the cookie mom), rice dishes making the Thanksgiving Stuffing with my mom Junior's original cheesecake, phenomenal chocolate chip cookies as attested to by an entire high school baseball team 4 years in a row! red velvet cake that I made for my grandfather many years ago, he jokingly asked for a saw to cut the cake, everybody bagged up but me, my feelings were so hurt, since then I have learned to lighten up a bit and laugh at my disasters.
