Rhubarb Cake I

This recipe is excellent! Loved it! Only change I made was to double the rhubarb to 4 cups & cut in approx. 1 inch chunks.

Very good, easy & quick recipe. The only thing I did differently was that I cooked it in the microwave because I was short on time. Took about 20 minutes on high but my microwave is not very powerfull. Turned out great & I had NO leftovers. Will definitely make again.

Pecan Pie V

1st time I've ever tasted/or made pecan pie. This is a quick, simple, delicious recipe! Would recommend to anyone & plan on making & taking it to our next family get together. I followed recipe exactly as written.

Apple Dumplings I

Easy recipe. I thought they were a little to sweet & will use less sugar next time. I used cortland apples. They would be good with vanilla ice cream. My teenage son thought they were really good.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Salsa II

All in all this recipe is very good. I personally thought it was pretty hot & that was after leaving the cayenne pepper out & taking the seeds out of the jalapenos. Used garden tomatoes & added some canned chopped tomatoes to bring the heat down a little to my tastes. Boyfriend wished I would have let him try it before adding the extra tomatoes - next time. My first try at salsa & this recipe is a keeper - definitely better than boughten.

Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar

This recipe was far better than any other "cookie in a jar" recipe that I've tried so far. I did change the order the ingredients were added to the jar so that the flour was on the bottom & the chips on top. Cookies stayed moist & didn't dry out like other recipes I've tried.
