Very good. Will use my food processor to process the cookies next time - used a plastic bag & rolling pin & the cookies stuck to the side of the bag making it more work. Dipped some in white & some in chocolate coating & used different autumn sprinkles on them. Will make a nice treat for Thanksgiving tomorrow. :)

Best Brownies

Very good & very rich which is just what I was craving. Frosting is thick - topped brownies right out of the oven to allow it to get soft enough to spread. Only change I made was to add hickory nuts on top of the frosting. Yummy!

Rhubarb Cake I

This recipe is excellent! Loved it! Only change I made was to double the rhubarb to 4 cups & cut in approx. 1 inch chunks.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Very good, easy & quick recipe. The only thing I did differently was that I cooked it in the microwave because I was short on time. Took about 20 minutes on high but my microwave is not very powerfull. Turned out great & I had NO leftovers. Will definitely make again.

Pecan Pie V

1st time I've ever tasted/or made pecan pie. This is a quick, simple, delicious recipe! Would recommend to anyone & plan on making & taking it to our next family get together. I followed recipe exactly as written.

Apple Dumplings I

Easy recipe. I thought they were a little to sweet & will use less sugar next time. I used cortland apples. They would be good with vanilla ice cream. My teenage son thought they were really good.

Salsa II

All in all this recipe is very good. I personally thought it was pretty hot & that was after leaving the cayenne pepper out & taking the seeds out of the jalapenos. Used garden tomatoes & added some canned chopped tomatoes to bring the heat down a little to my tastes. Boyfriend wished I would have let him try it before adding the extra tomatoes - next time. My first try at salsa & this recipe is a keeper - definitely better than boughten.

Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar

This recipe was far better than any other "cookie in a jar" recipe that I've tried so far. I did change the order the ingredients were added to the jar so that the flour was on the bottom & the chips on top. Cookies stayed moist & didn't dry out like other recipes I've tried.
