I am currently in medical school but my passio is in the culinary arts. School puts time constraint on how much cooking and baking I can do lately. I like to cook, I LOVE to bake.
My favorite things to cook
Like making finger food. I love to bake anythig from cakes to cookies and the more intricate and fancy the recipe is the better. I love getting creative with my decorating. I feel that presentatio is just as important as how the food tastes.

I am 100% Romanian and love cooking traditional dishes as well as experimenting with other cuturals/ethnicities cooking.
