This carrot cake recipe was fantastic! I made it the nitght before I had a party and it was moist and yummy! I did use a different frosting recipe off this website with less sugar and more cream cheese.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This was really good-- I think I might cook it a little less than 8 hours because some edges were a little dry. The flavor of the sauce was good-- even my picky rib eater really liked it. It was very easy to make too!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This recipe was sooo awesome! I did leave out the following items:parmesan cheese, honey, anchovy paste, and the cayenne and red pepper flakes. That may seem like alot of ingredients to leave out--but my kids don't like it spicy- I don't like fish and I did not want to make it too sweet-- I did double the recipe for two of the "brick-oven pizza" on this site-- The two together were AMAZING-TRY IT!

Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)

This crust was definately restaraunt quality! I would say even better! My oven does not go past 500-So, I did cook it longer. Try the exquisite pizza sauce on this site-- It is awesome too- like another reader suggested! A gourmet pizza for sure!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This recipe was easy and yummy. We did not put in the beer- we used chicken broth as someone else suggested. We also added cilantro on top.

B and L's Strawberry Smoothie

This recipe had great flavor-- my kids wanted to give it a 10! We added whipped cream and sprinkles to top it off--My daughters friend said I should get a job making smoothies-- that is how much they liked it! Thanks!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

This recipe was good. I did omit the cloves and used nutmeg instead-- I am not a lover of cloves in food. I was glad I did that. I added a vanilla glaze from this website on top of the cookies after I cooked them. My kids loved this recipe-- I was pleasantly suprised!

Vanilla Glaze

I tried a 1/2 recipe of the vanilla glaze. It definately needed more liquid added and then it was fine. I used it to ice ginger cookies. My kids really liked it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was really flavorful and our children enjoyed it. I liked the consistancy to the soup.I made this recipe twice and I omitted the salt and I used half of the bouillon-- I used water the second time instead of chicken broth as others suggested-- because it was just too salty-- It was soo much better the second time I made it!!!

World's Best Lasagna

I made this recipe for a party and people really liked it. I think I would slice the mazorella a bit thinner than I did when I made it. It made extra sauce which I froze and will use to make this again-- I may throw more sauce than the recipe asked for next time at the request of my husband-- But the flavor of this recipe was great!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Excellent recipe!I made this tonight and substituted broth for the wine and it was good. I also used half and half instead of the heavy whipping cream-- My husband loved this recipe-I think it is a restaraunt quality meal! Try this one for sure!
