This carrot cake recipe was fantastic! I made it the nitght before I had a party and it was moist and yummy! I did use a different frosting recipe off this website with less sugar and more cream cheese.

This was really good-- I think I might cook it a little less than 8 hours because some edges were a little dry. The flavor of the sauce was good-- even my picky rib eater really liked it. It was very easy to make too!

This recipe was sooo awesome! I did leave out the following items:parmesan cheese, honey, anchovy paste, and the cayenne and red pepper flakes. That may seem like alot of ingredients to leave out--but my kids don't like it spicy- I don't like fish and I did not want to make it too sweet-- I did double the recipe for two of the "brick-oven pizza" on this site-- The two together were AMAZING-TRY IT!
