yum yum yum. Really enjoyed this recipe. I did not use any seasoning. I prefered the taste of the bacon and shrimp alone. I pre-cooked the bacon in the microwave for three minutes before wrapping the shrimp. I also used pre-cooked shrimp. Made sure shrimp was completely wrapped with bacon so that it would not dry out. My husband is looking forward to serving these at his next poker night. Great recipe.

great recipe. This recipe deserves it's great reviews. My family (especially my hubby) enjoyed this recipe. I followed hints from the first review. Less steps/ less pans. I also soaked raisins in brandy. My family really enjoyed the crusty bread around the edges of the pan. We really preferred the recipe without the vanilla sauce on top. I will definetely make this a family favourite.

great recipe. Easy to make, tasted great and re-heated well the next day. Served it with a fresh loaf of multigrain bread. My family really enjoyed it.
