I am a busy mom of 2. I love to cook, camp, read, and listen to good music of all kinds. I am currently in school working towards my bachelors degree in social work. I am active in the boy scouting program, and I am working on my yellow belt in kempo karate. My kids are my joy. We do a lot together. I am a big baker. I love to make cookies, cakes, and pies. I am trying to branch out and cook more things. Cooking at holiday time with everyone. Its great to have everyone in the kitchen even the little ones. Everyone making their favorite cookies for Santa is really the best tradition. My pies are what I am proudest of. I love to make pies from scratch. My pumpkin pie comes out great almost everytime. I have a tendency to burn everything I make for the very first time. I am not sure what I do. But most everything I make that I have never made before comes out a little chard.
