I took a cooking class a couple of years ago, and have recently have been in a cooking frenzy. Brownies, cookies, zucchini bread.... I love baking chocolate strips, a recipe my Nana created. When I first baked chocolate strips, they were gone in 2 hours. And there are two pans of them. They're very filling. I tried to make a microwave chocolate cake that I found on this website. I tried to make it bigger, and in the end, it wasn't chocolately or sugary enough.
