Quince Jelly
I did not even know what quince was until some one gave me a sack full --tried this recipe and every one raved about it--of course I took all the credit.:)

Eggplant and Zucchini Casserole
well it is time for good home grown eggplant and zucchini so I tried this recipe and it was good.I did not have stuffing so I used left over bread.I also used cheddar cheese instead of colby.My family likes cheddar better.:)Next time I will try and have stuffing.
