Delicious! I made this for a party, and had everyone asking where I got the recipe! I'm already planning on making again! :-)

The salad has it all! Its the perfect summer dish- bbq chicken, fruit, cheese... I couldn't ask for anything better. Next time I might use a different apple, since my husband wasn't as wild about the sour apple (although he still really liked the salad). Overall, I think this is one of my new favorite recipes!
