I've been making this for years now, and it HAS to be he easiest thing I make at Christmas. My husbands demands it now ;) Sometimes I'll melt milk chocolate chips first and let them set up and then the white chocolate over that.

These were really easy to make and taste great! I had to bake them for about 9-10 minutes. Not too much mint and the cookie texture was really nice.

This was ridiculously good!!!! Made it for lunch and my 2 year old had 3 servings. Very easy. I did put the spinach mixture in the blender for just a second (which made the soup a darker green) and added a little garlic powder and chicken broth. Very forgiving recipe, as I didn't measure a thing. Thanks! It's a keeper!
