Easiest Brownies Ever

These were pretty good. Very chocolately. I added chocolate chips. I don't like cake-like brownies, I prefer them chewy. These were somewhere in the middle. That being said, my dad LOVED them and brought them to work with him until they were gone. =)

This was A-mazing. Seriously. Moist and good for days! My family isn't a big ginger fan, so even omitting the ginger this was still fabulous!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These were good upon initial eating after they came out of the oven... after that they were not moist or soft at all, even kept in a container with a slice of bread for moisture they were hard as a rock right away. Will not be making this recipe again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was a great soup, though I found adding the rue made it sort of gluey. I added about about 2 more cups of milk to the actual pot and it came out great. I left out the meat, used vegie stock and added carrots and it was wonderful. Thanks so much!

great tasting muffins on their own, but I especially loved them as a base for anything else. chocolate chips, fruit, I personally put carrot and raisins in them and they were perfect!

Cream of Cauliflower Soup II

While not the most appealing soup to look at, it tastes amazing! Lots of flavor. I skipped the sherry and used vegetable broth, along with adding cheese and celery to this soup and it was perfection. Will be making this again.
