Stuffed Peppers My Way
Added sun dried tomato and a little turkey sausage ( i know defeats the meatless but hubby is a carnivore) used all yellow and orange peppers and did on the grill to avoid heating up the house ( grill has a side burner) WONDERFUL summer meal when it is 10 outside to do it all outside just use foil on the grill

Salsafied Chicken and Rice
Overall was very good. Doubled the recipe with the exception of the rice and was still too much. Added extra ortegas and freshed diced avacados on top YUM
