About this Cook
Hi! I'm 21 and I have 2 adorable little girls. My 2 greatest loves are cooking and reading. I can't decide which I like more! One of these days I'd like to go take some cooking courses, learn a few more things ya know?
My favorite things to cook
Well, I love to bake, I love making desserts, its so fun! I like to make soups and PASTA, huge fan of pasta, its my weakness!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Turkey, my mom always does it breast-side down and in a bag, so good! My grandma makes these amazing rolls! she uses the same dough for cinnamon rolls. I'm pretty far away from my family so I love to make things my mom and grandma alwys makes, it makes me feel like I'm back home.
My cooking triumphs
I love it when I pick a recipe out of a hat and it turns out, the greatest feeling ever!
My cooking tragedies
The first few times I tried to make my grandmas rolls,!!!, complete and utter failer. I finally figured out the water had to be slightly cooler here for some reason? otherwise I'd kill the yeast. oh well, live and learn right? that was a couple years ago and every time I make them I stress!

Baked Potato Casserole
I really liked this recipe. I did change some things. I didn't use as much cheese as it called for and I put the shredded cheese on top. I also added ranch dressing and parsley. Really good!
