Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Wow, when I took the lid off the skillet and all that provolone was melted over the chicken and aspagus, I got an ooooo and and an awh. Well recieved dinner, will make again. Super cheesy and great flavor.

Different, yes. Sweet not our taste. Maybe a hot cheese would counteract the super sweetness of the meat or possibly onion rolls for the buns. Not requested again.

Stuffed and Wrapped Chicken Breast

Big hit here. The double meat action really excited my boyfriend. However, I think pounding out the chicken a little would have made the rolling part a little easier, or I just had fat little chicken breasts. Very tasty, will make again.

Meatloaf Muffins

Wonderful flavor..easy recipe all from a can of soup, imagine that. Even ALPHABET vegatable soup works, just mix in the noodles well and no one can tell..ha ha ha

Creamed Turkey with Bow Ties

YUMMMY!!!!! Wow, what a great way to use up some left over Thanksgiving turkey. The first time I made it, I tossed about 1/2 cup of frozen peas, some grated parm, and altered it to include 2 cans of c of m soup instead of 1. My boyfriend asked for it again the first week of December. The second time I made it with 2 small spanish yellow onions instead of the green onions. The green onions were better and more colorful. Over all this is a staple and on the rotation at our house. He is a very hard critic to please, so check this out... it is worth it. Great recipe!
