I am a true Ohio State Buckeye football fan, and alumni 89. I enjoy scrapbooking with my peeps, travling, and long walks in the park. I like to collect recipes and share outstanding recipes with others. There is something to be said for the saying, "How can you have problems with a person that makes wonderful things for you to eat." I enjoy making soups and pasta dishes with what is on hand in the fridge and pantry. I like recipes that have a little complexity to them, if you will, a notch above average. It's a challenge to impress my picky critic, Steve. Mom's Schnitzel on Christmas Eve after midnight mass, like 2am...lemons and Scnitzel galore. The very first Thanksgiving Turkey I ever made was a huge hit, juicy, flavorful and tender. I was so proud. Gotta love those turkey bads, they are the bomb. Oh yeah and I have mastered meatloaf..it took a couple tries. Thanks Lainie! Ohhh mush loaf.. definately... awh.. that was a bad day in my kitchen.
