I love to cook EVERYTHING... Besides like fried chicken and stuff not a big fan of frying much. I love when people eat my food and they get his YUM face everyone know what I'm talking about LOL!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving and Christmas! My Dish is Homemade Mac & Cheese for Thanksgiving! & Christmas I make a little of everything lol!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I've made this twice and I am in heaven! I get plain bread crumbs and add italian seasoning, cajun seasoning, mrs dash orginal blend, salt, and black pepper! I use bother provolon and swiss cheese they both are great! I could eat this everynight and never get tired of it!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds
I added tyhme to the potato's and some cajun seasoning! Also I rubbed them in olive oil NO BUTTER! They turned out delicious! My husband Begs for them!
