Peanut Slaw
This was just delicious. Better than I expected.

Crunchy Peanut Coleslaw
I left out the peppers (hate them), and stirred the parmesan into the sauce before adding it to the veggies. Anyway, I loved it and so did my boyfriend! Also, like most coleslaws, tastes better after it sits for awhile.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
I made it as the recipe said, and put it over rice. Was pretty good, and easy enough that I'm sure I'll make it again, but would be inclined to try a few substitutions as suggested by others, so that's why I gave it four stars.
