I am a busy mom of 2. I work full time and go to school full time. Plus the kids activities and work schedules. I enjoy cooking when I have the time. Camping with the family is always a good time. I also have started walking this year. Reading is my relaxation time usually with something good to much while I am at it. Anything baked. chicken on the grill, beef on the grill or the oven, family comfort foods too. Christmas Eve when mom and the kids head for the kitchen to make Santa's cookies. Its a great time to do something together and get the kids involved in cooking too. I make a great homemade pumpkin pie. The whole thing from pumpkin to crust. I am never disappointed in how it turns out! My greatest cooking tragedy would have to be my tendency to burn everything the first time I cook it. I am not sure what it is but the first time I make anything new it always comes out at least a little burnt.
