Beef and Bean Chimichangas
This is one of the first recipes I attempted cooking from allrecipes and I'm still using it. Don't leave out the re-fried beans and for those of us in the UK there is a recipe for Taco Sauce on allrecipes which tastes good (I just combine both recipes) and you can use a different cheese. This is depending on how well stocked your local shops are!

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa
Absolutely delicious recipe that I made for a Valentine's Day Meal. I served it with a vegetable rosti and it went really well

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Delicious recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds and an excelletn way to make a snack out of what is usually discarded from a Jack-O-Lantern. I don't like garlic powder and so used cumin instead but apart from that kept this recipe the same
