Crusty White Bread
This bread was very easy to make and tasted great. I did use all purpose flour and it turned out fine. It did taste best the first day and lost some flavor after that.

Cake Balls
These were wonderful. I used a yellow cake and chocolate icing. I put the dough in the refrigerator to chill before making the balls and then again before dipping them. It seemed to make it a little easier. Then I dipped some in white chocolate bark and the rest in milk chocolate. I did find the milk chocolate worked better because the white hardened too quickly, I may not have heated it high enough. But the cake mixed in the the white chocolate coating. I can't wait to make these again with different flavors!

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
This was a wonderful cheesecake. I made it for my husband's birthday and we both loved it. Because there were only 2 of us eating it I halfed the recipie and used a smaller pan (I think it was either a 6" or 7" springform pan). I did the same cooking times and it turned out fine.
