Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins
I have been trying a bunch of different banana muffin recipes lately and I really liked this one. We were out of milk so I added a bit of plain yogurt. I also added just a bit of vanilla. Really good.

Pasta with Asparagus
Nice and light. I added smoked salmon (following a previous reviewer) and it was quite tasty.
