About this Cook
I've been cooking for about 5 years and can't get enough of it. My boyfriend gets a home cooked meal almost every night because I'm always experimenting with different recipes. Our dream is to someday open a restaurant. We are both self employed, he's with Parts Unlimited and I'm an agent for Remax so it makes it difficult to find time to spend together but when i cook I know that we get a chance to sit down and enjoy some quality time together at the dinner table which makes it even more special!
My favorite things to cook
Anything!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pierogies at christmas
My cooking triumphs
My recipe for seafood stuffed tilapia that I submitted here, still being reviewed.
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made homemade cheesecake. I thought it was okay but not too many people enjoyed it. I guess it was a little too thick for their taste. It's okay, it happens and I think I have it right now.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I made this the other day and my 4 yr. old loved it. He says that chicken pot pie is his favorite thing to eat now. He asks me to make it all of the time. I didn't have any celery seed so I used onion salt instead. It was wonderful, thank you for the recipe!

Old Time Chicken Divan
This was wonderful! I melted butter and mixed in italian bread crumbs then sprinkled on top, put some cheddar cheese on top too when there was about 5 min. of cooking time left. Just my families preference. The best chicken divan ever!!!

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great chocolate chip cookie recipe! Substituted milk chocolate chips for semisweet because that's what I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely be using it from now on!
