Brunch Egg Bake
I made this last night for supper. Yum-Yum both my husband and I LOVED it. I only made a few changes. I used 2 cups of both the cheddar and mozzerella and then 2 cups of colby/monteray jack. I omitted the red pepper (didn't have any) and parsley. I added Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb also. Can't wait to make this again!

I also didn't use a candy thermometer. They didn't harden or set up at all. They were sticky but tasted pretty good

BLT Pizza
Awesome Pizza!!! My husband loves this and has said that it is better than the pizza chain we order it from. Only thing I did different was to spread the mayo on the pizza then put the lettuce on top of that. I was leary about mixing the mayo with the lettuce.
