Pot Stickers (Chinese Dumplings)

These are so delicious and not too difficult or time consuming. I used light olive oil to make them a little healthier, and my local grocery didn't have shallots so I left that out. Other than that, I followed this recipe exactly and was very pleased. :)

My husband and I both love this recipe. Wouldn't change a thing about it! We like it better baked, but it's delicious fried too. Also very affordable!

Strawberry Fields

This is a delicious salad. I really enjoyed it. We did add extra Dijon and honey because the dressing was a bit bland, but overall it was quite good

Ricotta Gnocchi

I also needed to add a little more flour, but it should still be sticky because too much will create a bread-like consistency. This is a great recipe though. My husband loves it, company loves it, and it's fairly easy and inexpensive.

White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

This is delicious. The texture is wonderful, and I had no problems with cracking as I left it in the oven overnight after baking. The sauce is very rich but very good, and I would also use it with other cheesecake recipes.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These were fantastic. I added applesauce, and they were phenomenal. I can't wait to experiment with more ingredients. (Not that they aren't great plain!) Homemade is so much fluffier than box mixes.

Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder

Excellent! My husband and I love this so much I double the recipe every time I make it. We like a little more hot sauce and I cut back on the chicken a bit, but it is fantastic as is.
