Peanut Butter Noodles
I didn't have ginger root or chili paste, but my husband and I both loved this recipe. Delicious! Will definitely make it again.

Easy Pesto
Simple and easy to make. I did the "Freezer trick" and froze a chunk, and then used it later. It was like I'd just made it! Fantastic recipe..thank you, Rebecca!

Thai Chicken with Basil Stir Fry
My husband liked it, but I wasn't crazy about it. Didn't feel like it had much flavor for the amount of work that went into it.
