BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Although my husband initially complained about the smell of the pork cooking, there were certainly no complaints once the sandwiches were ready and he took that first bite. This was so easy to make, feeds an army if you use a shoulder cut, is really inexpensive on a per serving basis, and turns out to be really tasty. Thanks for the advice on Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. That and the Hawaiian bread rolls made for an even more delectable combo!
